Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using my Site, purchasing any digital products (such as templates, spreadsheets, checklists, or courses), or booking a 1:1 office hour. By accessing or using any part of the Site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms, you may not access the Site or use any services.

1. Eligibility

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property & Product License

Unless otherwise stated, I own the intellectual property rights for all material on this Site, including copy, design, graphics, layouts, and all downloadable digital products (courses, guides, spreadsheets, and checklists). All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Your License to Use Digital Products:

When you purchase a digital product (whether free or paid), I grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the files.

Under this license, you may:

  • Use the templates, spreadsheets, and checklists for your own personal use or your own business.
  • Customize the templates for your personal website or business website.

Under this license, you may NOT:

  • Sell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the original or modified templates, courses, spreadsheets, or files with others.
  • Use the templates to build websites for clients, unless you purchase a commercial/developer license or purchase a separate copy of the product for each client.
  • Claim authorship or ownership of the digital products.

3. Payments, Billing, and Digital Delivery

  • Payment Processing: All payments on the Site are handled by secure, third-party payment processors (such as Payhip, Gumroad, or Stripe). By purchasing a product, you agree to pay the fees and any applicable taxes.
  • Delivery: Digital products are delivered electronically (via email, direct download link, or third-party platform access) immediately or shortly after payment confirmation.
  • Failed Deliveries: If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam folder or email me at hey@elaineag.com.

4. Consulting and 1:1 Office Hours

  • Booking: All 1:1 office hours are scheduled via TidyCal or other booking systems. Bookings are subject to my availability and require pre-payment unless otherwise agreed.
  • No Professional-Client Relationship: The information shared during 1:1 office hours represents my professional opinion based on my experience. It does not constitute legal, financial, or formal tax advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make in your business.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

My Site and all products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. I make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Site, products, or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Elaine Aquino-Galindo or Solo Creator Systems be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, its products, or its services.
